Refund policy

We want you to love your art! If you're not satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Must be in original, undamaged condition and securely packaged.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

In the first instance please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, or offer an exchange.
